• One week required in-person residency intensive each of the four years

From home:​​

• Read and submit written reflections on assigned books and articles​

​

• Submit 2 in-depth self-evaluations per year (5-10 pages each)

​

• Meet with assigned mentor four times a year (via telephone or video conferencing)

​

• Make a 5-7 day annual silent retreat with spiritual direction each day​

​

• Remain in spiritual direction for the duration of your formation
